Row 4 of hat

Hello. This hat is adorable so I wanted to make myself one. I have started on it, but I am really confused by Row 4 of the hat. It says to skip 4 DC between shells, but if I do that, I only get 8 shells on this row, and it says I should get 12. 12 would make more sense, because with only 8 it looks like it will be really small.

I think she needs to add

I think she needs to add another row of increasing to have 48 st.

Hi! The brim of the hat is

Hi!

The brim of the hat is worked back and forth, instead of in the round, so you crochet the number of stitches across, sl st into the next two stitches, ch 1 and then turn your work to go across in the other direction. I'm not sure if that answers your question, let me know! Good luck!

And then we have Japan, ahhh Japan. I don't forget sitting down down pre match when
Japan had been playing in the Confederations Cup not quite
knowing what to expect, and confident enough they misplaced all 3 video games in their group, but that’s not the point.
They ended up a revelation, charging up the area ate each and every likelihood
with absolute recklessness. The distinction then was that they ended up paired with Brazil and Italy with
squads loaded with players that can punish this gung-ho (japanese word?) perspective.
I don’t see Greece and Ivory Coast punishing them in the identical
way, so, totally ignoring the FIFA Rankings, Japan gets my
vote.
